Plan to eat dinner at one of River Oaks Shopping Center's fabulous restaurants. You'll want to make reservations if you're dining at La Griglia or Tony Mandola's Gulf Coast Kitchen. If you are craving something unique, stop by the California Pizza Kitchen to sample some of their one-of-a-kind menu items.
After dinner, enjoy a glass of wine at one of Christopher's Fine Wines many wine tastings or watch a movie at River Oaks Movie Theatre.

You've enjoyed a great glass (bottle?) of wine or been engrossed in a great movie- now it's time to stop by Sherlock's Pub -West Gray, for a drink. Sherlock's Pub is a fun and popular place that features live bands on most nights.
After dinner and a movie and a stop at Sherlock's Pub, you might be ready to call it a night. But wait! You can't leave without making one more stop- at a hideaway lounge named Marfreless. Pronounced "mah fray less", this place has become somewhat of a Houston legend. Hidden within River Oaks Shopping Center and building its customer base simply by word of mouth, there is no indication that Marfreless even exists in the center. There are no signs leading you to Marfreless, and no signs letting you know you've arrived. The only indication of its location is a blue door. Happy hunting!
